We have a building we rent for Weddings and Events. The building is approximately 6000 square feet with a concrete pad that you can put a tent on. There are also restrooms for both men and women in the building. The farm is approximately 300 acres.
Our standard rental fee is $2,900.00 with an additional $500.00 deposit fee due at the time of booking your to secure your date. Deposit money will be refunded if the following requirements are met:
- Building must be left the way it was found prior to decorating.
- Everything brought into the building must be taken down and removed no later than Monday following the event.
An Event Insurance Policy is required with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability listing James & Melissa Jenkins as additional insured.
The following are other amenities we offer for additional fees:
Private Bridal Room: $350.00
Parking Attendants: $300.00
Tables and Chairs: $8.00 per table - 60 inch round table
$1.00 per chair
$100.00 -(Delivery Fee - $50 and Pick up Fee - $50)
